1. Ensure the safety of the equipment and electrical control system before using the emulsifier.

2. In order to maintain the working efficiency and product quality of the emulsifier during the production process, the emulsifier must be kept clean.

3. The media of the materials are different, the inlet and outlet filters must be cleaned regularly. The materials entering the working warehouse must be flowing, and dry powder and agglomerated materials must not enter the machine directly.

4. It is strictly forbidden to reverse the emulsifier during operation, and check repeatedly before starting the motor.

5. If there is liquid leakage at the shaft of the emulsifier during operation, the machine must be stopped to adjust the pressure of the machine seal.

6. If it is found that the parts of the emulsifier are too worn, the corresponding parts should be replaced in time.

7. When using emulsifiers, avoid idling to avoid high temperature or solidification of materials during work, which may damage the equipment!

8. If the emulsifier has abnormal noise or other faults during operation, it should be shut down immediately for inspection, and then run again after the fault is removed.
