Vacuum emulsification machine is a kind of emulsification equipment widely used in cosmetics, food, medicine and chemical industry. In the operation process of emulsifier machine, attention should be paid to the phenomenon of equipment failure or safety accidents due to easy negligence, resulting in unnecessary waste and loss.
1. Preparation before the boot
First of all, check whether there are potential safety risks in the emulsifier and the surrounding working environment, such as whether the appearance of pipelines and equipment is complete or damaged, and whether there is water and oil leakage on the ground. Then check the production process and equipment operation procedures, to ensure that meet the requirements of the regulations, and then focus on the following methods: 1, check the lubricating oil, coolant, replace the turbidity, ineffective lubricating oil or coolant, ensure the liquid level between the specified amount; 2, check whether the switches and valves are in the original position, can manually check whether the action is sensitive and effective.3. Check whether the safety devices such as limit, emptying and pressure reduction are normal and effective; 4. Check to check whether there is debris in the pot; 5. Check whether the power supply is normal, etc.
2. Inspection in the production
In normal production, it is most easy for the operator to ignore the inspection of the running status of the equipment. Therefore, generally the technical personnel of the normal emulsification machine manufacturer will emphasize that the operator should pay attention to avoid improper use of the equipment, and check the working state at any time, so as to avoid equipment damage and material loss caused by illegal operation. The sequence of startup and feeding, cleaning method and cleaning supplies, feeding method, environment handling in the working process, etc., are prone to careless equipment damage or safety problems, such as the foreign body accidentally falling into the emulsified pot causing damage during use (the most common), the operation order of damage and materials scrapped, the slipping and other personal safety problems, etc., are easy to ignore and difficult to investigate afterwards, so the user need to strengthen supervision and prevention. In addition, in the process of work, there are abnormal sound, odor, sudden vibration and other abnormal phenomena, the operator should immediately check and properly handle, must put an end to the production of the thought, so as not to bring about serious damage and loss.
3. Reduction after production
Work after the end of equipment production is also very important and easy to be ignored. Many users in the production, although there is a required thorough cleaning of the equipment, but the operator may forget the reset steps, is also easy to cause equipment damage or leave safety risks. After the use of the equipment, pay special attention to the following points: 1. Empty the liquid and gas in each process pipeline, such as automatic and semi-automatic equipment transported by pipeline, and pay attention to the material in the buffer tank, keep the buffer tank clean; 3. Clean the vacuum system, vacuum pump and check valve (if the water ring vacuum pump should be checked before the next operation, manually remove and power); 4. Reduce the inner pot and jacket to keep the empty valve in the open state; 5. Close the main power supply.
