working principle:
The material is heated by oil in the water pot, mixed and stirred, sucked into the emulsification pot by a vacuum pump, and stirred by the wall of the emulsification pot, and the stirring impeller is placed in the box. At the bottom of the body homogenizer, the high tangential speed generated by the high-speed rotation of the homogenizer rotor and the strong kinetic energy generated by the high-frequency mechanical effect make the materials in the stator and rotor subject to strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer The combined effect of friction, impact tearing and turbulence reduces the gap, and the granulation, emulsification, mixing, leveling and dispersion of the material are completed in a short time. The insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase are instantly dispersed, emulsified uniformly and finely under the action of the corresponding mature technology, and then stable and excellent products are obtained.
The emulsification tank can be evacuated, and the material will bubble out in time during the stirring process.
The contact part between the machine and the material is made of SUS316L material, the inner surface is mirror polished, and the vacuum stirring device is hygienic and clean, which conforms to the GMP hygiene standard.
