Maintenance steps of liquid filling machine in cold winter:
Appearance overhaul: Check the integrity of the door frame, treat the traces after corrosion, and check whether the hinges are damaged; pipe cleaning, material tank cleaning, float level gauge cleaning, platform cleaning, and chain cleaning.
Filling head maintenance: The in-line type is the Baode valve plug; the piston type filling machine plug is the internal plug type (if the stainless steel round mouth is damaged, the sealing will not be tight, and when dismantling, pay attention to whether the round mouth is damaged or not. damage); clean the cylinder, check whether the spring is in good condition, and then drip into the special lubrication for the cylinder.
Three-way valve maintenance: Three-way valve sealing ring; clean the cylinder, check whether the spring is in good condition, and then drip into the special lubrication of the cylinder.
PTFE tube: Replace the clips with corrosion, and replace the PTFE tube with leakage.
Screw fixing parts, etc.: replace those that are corroded, fix the screw for the knife, disassemble and remove the dirt from the cylinder of the knife, clean and fix the liquid contact plate, install the liquid contact pipe and lock it with a clip.
Electrical circuit: clean and beautiful, replace the solenoid valve with unstable measurement, check whether the wire connector is in good contact and good insulation, check whether there is an overcurrent trace on the appearance of the contactor, check whether the screw of the float level gauge is loose and whether the action range is not correct.
