Product Description

1. External emulsifying and homogenizing by vertical type inline homogenizer with pipes.

2.The homogenizer also works as a transfer pump for discharging finished product.

3. Suitable for cream and emulsion of 10,000~200,000cps viscosity.

4. Contra mixing system of fixed impellers with holes and wall scraper.

6.The boiler body is welded with 3 layer imported SS plate, tank body and pipes adopts mirror polish whcih meet the GMP standard.

7. External emulsifying and homogenizing by vertical type inline homogenizer with pipes.

17. The material is heated by the heat-conducting medium in the interlayer, the heating is uniform and the temperature is adjustable.

18. The emulsification process of the main pot is carried out under the fully sealed condition, which prevents the contamination of dust and microorganisms.

19. The material in the pot is emulsified through the high-speed internal circulation shearing of the homogenizer, and stirred in the forward and reverse directions.

20. Effectively solve the problem of pot wall sticking, leaving no dead corners, and the frequency conversion speed control device can make its speed arbitrarily stepless.
