Brief Introduction:
We are manufacturer for vacuum mixer making 10 years with factory based on Jiangsu province. It is indispensable equipment to paste honey and is very useful experience tool in cosmetic factory with complete function and high quality. Vacuum homogenizing emulsifier means that when the materials are under the vacuum condition, it makes use of the high shear emulsifier to distribute one or several phases to another continous phase rapidly and evenly. The materials will be processed in the narrow space between stator and rotor by strong energy of motion produced by the mechanical effect. By the operation of hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extruding, impacting, breaking and turbulence for over 100 thousand times per minute, the materials will be dispersed and emulsified instantly and evenly. After reciprocating circulation at high quality without bubbles will be achieved.
Performance & Feature:
▲ Stepless speed adjustment is adopted during the blending so that the speed of blending line can be randomly within the range of 0-150m/min to meet different technological requirements;
▲ The advanced homogenizer adopts technology from USA ROSS Company, featured by unique structure and prominent efficiency;
▲ The parts that contact the materials are all made of imported stainless steel. The interior surface of the vessel is subjected to mirror polishing 300MESH (sanitary level), which is in accordance with sanitary requirements;
▲ The whole process including vacuum material suction and vacuum defoaming can be completed under the vacuum status without cellular contamination, and thus, prolonging shelf life of products;
▲ Beautiful and decent appearances, which adopts special polishing technology so that it is shining like a mirror, displaying luxurious character.
